Junior: My college experience here at Mississippi College has been a rollercoaster of growth. My first step onto campus was delightful, and I knew I belonged in an atmosphere like the one Mississippi College offers. God-fearing welcomes you and eventually, it becomes a sort of natural response. Mississippi College is founded on honesty with others and yourself! You will become accustomed to this beautiful way of life and feel transformed on behalf of God and the universities mission. I believe Mississippi College is a choice that would be hard to regret. The teachers put God forth every moment and encourage the students attending to do the same. Academically there's no place like such. Education never ceases to become better and improve on the things that may have been an academic stressor to the students prior. The town is beautiful and safe. Alum: I attended the Ridgeland Campus of Holmes Community College. The main campus is located about 45 minutes away in Goodman, Mississippi. Holmes in Ridgeland is a great school. The teachers and employees at the school seem genuinely happy to be working with students of all ages and backgrounds. There is an array of different education opportunities, including trades, provided at the college. Scholarships as well as work-based learning opportunities are available for students, whether first-time or non-traditional. The cafeteria is well-stocked with both hot and cold food options available morning and afternoon. There are vending machines in each building. The campus is beautiful and well maintained. There is landscaping and sidewalks throughout. The offices are easy to find and staffed fully. The professors offer normal office hours and seem to be willing to help.
