Freshman: What is there not to love? I mean I moved to the south from Indiana in hopes of going to seminary in person, needless to say I was not able to. So living here in Oklahoma I started to survey the internet to see whether or not there happened to be a proper theological seminary that allowed students to study online and work that way. One of my favorite non-Bible books is 'Lectures To My Students'. Any one person that has spent reading Spurgeon in depth typically falls in love with the jolly old fellow for the same reasons; he had such an amazing ability to stretch the imagination with his words. As best as I can describe the book is the closest thing you could have to having our elder brother Charles actually teaching us in seminary. So when I came across 'Spurgeon College' my curiosity was peaked. As it turns out, they do not teach the art oof smoking a cigar, or give you resources on how to grow a fuller beard, HOWEVER they do have Spurgeons Library! I would write more but I can't.... Senior: My experience at City Vision University was FANTASTIC! From beginning to end, the staff at City Vision was responsive and helpful. You should consider City Vision for three reasons. 1) Affordability. With just my FAFSA, I was able to attend full time with no out of pocket costs. They even send you the balance of your financial aide if it is more than your tuition. 2). Quality. Even after being in ministry for nearly ten years, I have grown so much through these courses. The instructors are great and the content is brilliant. 3) Credit for what you know. Through the prior learning assessment class, I was able to get 27 credit hours based on my previous learning experience! It took work but has saved me a year of school and thousands of dollars. Junior: It is a small campus college with all of the amenities needed for a good college experience. The teachers are accommodating to all students and are willing to help in any way. I have enjoyed my time there and made a few friends. There are lots of interesting people you can meet as well from all over the country, and even from other parts of the world. The food is great and you don't have to walk very far to get anywhere on campus.
