Sophomore: Professor Javier Leon is by far one of the best teachers I have ever had. I am taking Biochemistry, and as everyone has heard, this class is intense. I recommend anyone taking this class at this school to request him as your professor. He breaks down the material perfectly and makes it very simple to learn. He adapts to everyone's learning abilities (everyone learns differently) and is very easy to communicate with if you need help. Sophomore: My first year was great, it was not easy but Hostos and the Staff treated me well. The books were pricey for my first semester. Sophomore: University of Bridgeport is an excellent school in terms of curriculum, faculty, and, of course, the radiant and huge campus. You have a wide array of majors to choose from, and the extra curricular opportunities are amazing! This school is also very much suitable for international students, considering I am an international student and I fit it in very nicely, just as other students from over 30 countries who were with me during the Fall '21 intake.
