Sophomore: It feels like home; I grew up around Gallup, New Mexico with full of childhood memories to teenage dreams of going off to college to become a full-time nurse student. I'm proud to come back here and finish my associates degree of nursing this year! Back in 2017 or 2018, I arrived here, and I felt like I was back in high school being comfortable with the teachers and students. It's a nice and small university, but full of positive energy. I would recommend the campus not to change in any way because being around with the right students and asking one of the professors for help is enough than changing the university. Although, it has been an amazing journey and hopefully continue to always be this way when I graduate. I would also like to recommend the campus to all the students out there who are seeking for the right college degrees or programs and who wants to stay closer to home and being around their families and friends.... Sophomore: Central New Mexico College is a great institution! They offer a wide range of degrees to choose from and have a great selection of professors! The staff at CNM is amazing and they offer any kind of help you need whether that be with counseling, books, tuition, etc. My experience at CNM has been nothing but amazing! The courses I’ve taken all had amazing instructors and Brightspace is such an easy platform to work with. Majority of my school work has been on Brightspace and it’s has been a breeze to navigate through. I enjoyed the community at CNM, everyone is very friendly and positive. My favorite thing about CNM is the libraries they have at almost every campus! I go there to study, read and get away. CNM is already improving so much every semester but one thing I would like to see is possible a CNM Gym! I believe a gym would be very convenient for all CNM students and staff! Niche User: The summer before my sophomore year in high school, I took a Public Speaking class. This was a summer course and it went through the months of June and July. I absolutely adored the class. My professor was AMAZING. She was so kind, generous, understanding and helpful. I had class with many different walks of life, which was so awesome to experience. The only thing that was difficult was enrolling. It was quite difficult to find where to get my student ID. I had to walk to three different buildings. Campus is ok, its nothing fancy.
