Alum: This is a fantastic community college! Classes are very affordable compared to larger colleges, and if you don't have the funds to pay for tuition at the beginning of the semester, the Financial Aid office will help you find a solution. Furthermore, RRCC offers a wide variety of online, in-person, or hybrid classes to suit your schedule, and most of them are guaranteed to transfer to other colleges in Colorado. The professors are very supportive and want you to succeed with your academic goals. Plus, I prefer the small class sizes here over the larger, more intimidating classes at state universities. Also, it has great facilities and resources including a brand new student rec center, an IDEA lab to introduce students to engineering, the Arvada campus dedicated to the health sciences, a bookstore, and a coffee shop. Sophomore: I have had a great experience at Front Range! My professors take time to ensure each student understands the curriculum, and are very supportive and accessible. Freshman: I spent some time between high school and college working. Throughout my time spent working, I fell out-of-touch with my scholarly side and I lost many of the good study habits I previously had that were academic-related. Well, PCC is the perfect "starter" school. PCC has allowed me to dip my toes back into academics in a digestible manner that has allowed me to start my roots strong in my educational future. The cost of education here is acceptable and fair, with no unnecessary gouging in sight. Graduate Student: Even during Covid they were very helpful and accommodating. They made sure that all the students had access to their classes online.
