Junior: Hi! My experience at Howard Community College was "very good", and I appreciate the educational support from my professors. In addition, they help me understand certain college work, that I'm having trouble with. At the same time, I appreciate how were given a reasonable deadline for our college assignments. Which means that I have enough time to complete my work, before the deadline. Not to mention, the professors doesn't mind if students turn in their work in early, before the deadline. However, what I dislike from the college is when I resell college books to the college, and they didn't accept. Therefore, they need to show more loyalty, and honesty towards their textbooks or supplies policy. Alum: I liked most things about SU. The smaller college atmosphere is nice, allowing you to really find your group of people and to mingle with any and all walks of life. The professors are very attentive and you are able to form very close relationships with them. As far as education, like most colleges, some professors are going to be more of a fit than than others, but for the most part I found all of mine quite engaging and well-versed in the material. Freshman: My experience at Anne Arundel Community College was exceptional. From the start, the staff were very welcoming and helpful along my admission process and throughout my enrollment. It was a smooth application process, and my academic advisor was very transparent with me about everything. I was out of high school for about 5 years at the time when I attended Anne Arundel Community College, which made me feel like I was "behind" and just oblivious to the whole admissions process. Luckily, I was blessed to have chosen Anne Arundel Community College for my higher education. Not one professor, staff member, or student made me feel like my insecurities (as an "older" student) were justified. Even when I started my classes without obtaining all of my reading materials, I was welcomed and encouraged to keep going! Alum: I recently graduated from the HVAC and Energy Technology program at CCBC. Throughout my time at CCBC, I had the opportunity to grow my skillset in the field through both classroom and hands-on experience. I was able to have flexibility and fit my coursework into my schedule while working full time. Many courses had an online option, which was great!
