Senior: As a returning student with a full time career it was important to me that the university of choice was flexible with my schedule. I originally was at SMC where they offered many courses online during the pandemic but unfortunately shifted into primarily on site courses in 2022. Because of this shift it made it extremely difficult for working students like myself to get into any courses without compromising my work (aka what is paying for college). Determined to keep pursuing my dreams I researched and found that 99.9% of ASU's Biology curriculum was offered online. They made it super easy to transfer and accepted majority of my credits. Freshman: Enrolling and applying for Cochise College was extremely easy with plenty of people available for questions and help. The entire staff I had interreacted with made enrolling and understanding things like finances and tuition much more approachable and smooth to go through, espeically while requesting disability accommodations. Planning and holding meetings were quick and very efficient to get what I needed with little to no hassle. I really appreciated how approachable they made each task instead of surrounding the whole process of enrollment and figuring out my tuition with even more dread. I have not started classes yet so I cannot speak on my actual experience with that yet, but every before school task I had to complete as a college freshman was easily glided through. Freshman: I became a Ambassador and I gained experienced about leadership, it was such a fun experience and I never had any trouble with my classes! I spend most of my time working as an Ambassador and I learned how to communicate with others, as well as to manage my time in work and classes, I was still in high school when i was a full college student and I was also working at my high school and I manage to divide my time for both, the experience I gained was amazing, I am grateful that I had the chance to be part of this opportunity, my boss was always so supportive with my schedule and she was an amazing leader....
