Sophomore: I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Georgia Tech. The campus is beautiful, there are plenty of community engagements, and the environment is friendly. Of course, let this not distract from the fact that Georgia Tech is a school that requires a lot of discipline. The library will be your deep friend as you get assignments complete. All in all, however, this school is far from impossible; there were some days I had enough time to play basketball for four hours after class! Senior: Morehouse College offers a brotherhood to African-American men pursuing a college education in 33 disciplines. My experiences have included the privilege of being a New Student Orientation Leader to incoming freshmen, and an Ambassador to young men interested in becoming a Man of Morehouse. The small classroom settings offer that 1-on-1 access to the professors which I feel is vital to college success. Freshman: I find Georgia Piedmont Tech to be a great school. Everything is made simple and convenient from my enrollment process to student orientation for the first day. Staff is very helpful, there are many resources to help with fees, childcare, job search, tutoring and much more. Junior: I’ve been to southern crescent a few times however this time I’ve had the best experience. I believe that’s because of the revamping and the new staff. The financial aid process was super smooth, counselors are available, and each of my professors communication has been beyond excellent. The organization and growth of the school/ campus over all has been amazing to watch. They host events and activities for the students that keep us engaged and the time frame in which they inform us is perfect! we know things at least a week or 2 maybe even a month in advance and the event dates are always sent via email with reminders. My favorite thing thus far is the final grade posting.!! The past few semesters the grades have gone in immediately there’s no more than 2days max wait for final grades! All students know the anxiety of final grade postings so 2 days wait is great . If you are interested in starting a new career apply for SCTC it’s worth it, Fall is around the corner!... Sophomore: The school was great I've only been on campus to get books and tutoring but it was always a great space. The staff and teachers are very open to helping whenever needed. The online classes were very beneficial to me as i work and full time job and take care of my daughter. So it worked well with my schedule. Administration was very helpful with helping me navigate and enroll in new classes each semester. Freshman: As an online student, my expierience has been pretty straightfoward! The classes are easy as long as you have good time management and the professors say no makeup work but they usually end up letting you fic your grade by the end of the semester anyways. The only thing I would change is the helpfulness of the workers when you call.
