Freshman: Aloha, My name is Ashlyn Grace Balanay and I am currently an undergraduate student at Hawaii Pacific University (HPU). First off, HPU is a beautiful and gorgeous place that is right next to the water. Including the Aloha Tower that always have beautiful lights that turn on at night. In addition, there are plenty of restaurants, food markets, and a grocery market. Most importantly, the fun part is that we have an esports arena; where you can play games to distress and have some fun. We have a lot of seating areas for you study and socialize with friends; and if sitting outside isn’t for you, you can walk into the learning commons or library for to study. You can always make reservations for yourself or a group of friends you want to study with. Here at HPU we have small classes that help you socialize with teachers and classmates, it’s much better for one on one conversations and meeting a new friend.
