Junior: LIU Post is a great school with a gorgeous campus. They did an especially great job in keeping all students and faculty safe during the COVID-19 pandemic and that really made me feel good to be a student there. Professors are all qualified and know their stuff, too. There is never a dull moment and they do a great job at creating a comfortable social setting as well. Only thing I would change is the faculty that works in the Promise Office. They are not always the most helpful and tend to make students feel like they need to fend for themselves in order to do things for themselves like building a schedule. Sophomore: Devry was 4 times more expensive than the community college I attended. But now, I'm working hard on my journey toward my bachelor's degree. DeVry is a fully accredited university and not a cakewalk. It is suitable for individuals who are dedicated and able to manage their time accordingly. You must be online 3 times a week to participate in online discussions. DAs DeVry's success coach, I have seen countless people struggling with form. Personally, it was nice to be working for a week. State schools are cheaper, but many struggles with the traditional format. It depends on your needs. I currently run the program and I will be happier after getting my degree. Also, getting a Pelgrant and getting a tuition discount can be a big help for tuition increases. It is thought that it is a sufficiently affordable and efficient school for students who need a degree, and especially at the point where online education due to coronavirus is popular, devry has many advantages in online education.... Freshman: DeVry University has given me the tools needed to enhance my skills and have a successful career. The staff is success driven and always there when you need them. The classes and schedule are perfect for my busy lifestyle. I like how I can attend classes on my downtime. Whenever needed, my professors were always there to assist.
