Central Washington University
Freshman: The rooms are really nice with a decent amount of variety, while the recreational areas are able to build community, but are, usually, non-invasive. The dining options are nice, although some items are definitely overpriced, and cheap food alternatives to things like fries and panda aren't exactly in great supply, wishing there was more alternatives in that regard. The professors seem qualified, likeable, presentable, respectable, and communicative in discussing grades and classwork. The school is proud of its history, but isn't misrepresentative of the time. Respectful to communities coming into central, but not overtly political. The incorporation into the city is really appreciated too. The public transport could be more intuitive, aswell as generally being able to get around, although that can also be put onto the city. All in all, a great alternative to the more popular schools in the state, with its own drawbacks, but that's every school. CWU can be anyone's home-away-from-home.... Read 1,599 reviews
