Freshman: I love my experience at Zane State College so far. The staff, faculty, and teachers are all so kind and truly amazing people. Zane State offers so many opportunites for students to get engaged as well. The college has so many valuable resources for the students, and everyone there always has the needs of the student in mind. Im so glad that I chose to attend Zane State. It keeps me close to home, which allows me to spend quality time with my family and friends. Freshman: My overall experience at CCAD was a wonderful experience. Starting with the classes. The class sizes were small so u got alot of one on one experience and the proper attention when needed. I also liked the fact that every class was based around some sort of art, whether it be math, history science. All of them where art related. I also liked the size of the college and how convenient all my classes were. Everything was within one city block. Dorms, cafeteria, parking, and safety office was all so close. There was really no need to leave campus, but if you did the school is based in the heart of columbus ohio. there was even a art supply store on campus if you needed something without leaving.... Junior: I initially chose the CIA because I had grown up knowing about it and the accomplishments of its students, as my father’s employer had close connections to school alumni. I became further interested in CIA and art/design-based career paths while in my freshman year of high school. Later on, I would participate in the CIA Pre-College Program which cemented my love for the school as well as the surrounding community which includes small businesses, novelty shops, and some of the best restaurants in Cleveland! Overall my favorite aspect of CIA and the academic courses I have taken so far is the professional and hands-on experience that is essential to so much of my course material and course requirements.
