Alum: Everyone here is so friendly and very understanding. They helped me so much! If you have a baby they will pay for your schooling and has daycare they provide as well. If you keep your grades up you there are ways to get money back from just that! They always have activities for students to have fun. The food there is amazing as well and the staff is so nice! Niche User: National Park College was very inviting and friendly. The staff assisted me with all the necessary paperwork, touring the campus, and providing Welcome Ambassadors who showed me particular areas relating to my interests. In addition, they took the time to visit high school seniors in the various area local schools. They helped me evaluate my future needs for funds, living quarters, and time would be. They also made certain that all courses with them would transfer and count toward higher-level degrees. Upon my visit, I was shown the various arts, photography, and geography facilities. I was allowed to tour the student housing and dormitories. I took time to evaluate a class as it was conducted and then met the teachers/professors who would be most germane to the courses I wish to take. Sophomore: Based to my personal experience, ASU Midsouth offers students a safe environment and a variety of options to take part in extracurricular activities. In addition, there are a ton of resources available to students, like free tutoring, Chromebooks for rent, and even free food at events and celebrations! There are undoubtedly a lot more things, but these are the ones that come to mind right away. I appreciate how the school offers each student a chance to succeed and how accommodating they are to everyone. The only thing I would change is that I would like every student to be aware of every opportunity that arises, simply because I have noticed that not every student is even aware of the resources available to them on campus to help them during their time at Mid-South.... Sophomore: So excited to graduate from my small town high school, but then going to college can seem scary and nervous to get signed up for classes! I’m here to tell you it has been the BEST decision I’ve made! Yes its totally different from high school in a better way! My family comes from low income and never completed high school, so I’ve decided to change that history for my next generation and hopefully to help others. I highly recommend going to a community college to help you with finances and so many other things first!! I rated this college a four star because it’s not perfect by all means and no college will be you just have to go with what your gut and what your heart tells you to do.
