Just a few years ago, I wanted to make a career change from the food and beverage to construction. Sophomore: Took most of my prerequisites online and had a pretty good time adjusting. Online classes, I wouldn't recommend for people that aren't the best with computers or have a hard time learning computer stuff quickly. Your classes will be online still even if your in person but you'll have actual class time compared to recorded lectures or zooms throughout the week. The staff has been very helpful and usually answers their emails quickly but sometimes they can't answer the question or don't respond as fast as a student may want and your SOL and have to figure out things on your own. You want to be on top of your schedule cause you may not get emails on things to remind you and you may get help from an advisor for a new class and haven't been fully signed up because you needed to review it yourself.
