Alum: I loved Drury. I thought the professors were some of the best teachers and mentors in my life and I feel lucky and grateful for the education. I have a lot of respect for Drury, particularly after getting my masters at Missouri State. It’s more expensive, but it was worth it looking back. The professors are actually specialists in their field and they take the time to care for each student’s experience. I feel proud to be an alumni! It changes your education to feel valued and heard. There’s a mutual respect between faculty and students and you can tell they want students to succeed, which you don’t realize that’s actually not always very common until you’ve been to other schools.... Sophomore: I attend Webster University for Musical Theatre, and the Conservatory is an outstanding place to study! The professors, especially in the conservatory, really deeply care about your growth and success. Freshman: Being an international student, I was worried that I was going to be a misfit and feel so miserable in college! But the Lindenwood campus is diverse, friendly and very welcoming. From the students to the staff, you are always surrounded by love and kindness. Another thing I lobe is that the school spirit is always fostered and promoted by the various activities hosted on campus as well as the different sporting activities. There is a wide range of sporting clubs to join and you can easily find where you belong. One thing I would lobe to see changing about Lindenwood University is the food. There are only two dining halls on campus which limits the variety of food. With time, you get tired of eating the same food! Also international students do not have a lot of funds allocated to them, I hope we as a school can attract more donors so that international students can get good scholarship packages....
