Freshman: Right now I'm studying through the Automotive Program that SLCCtech provides. First of all, the amount I was charged with is way cheaper than I imagined plus it lasts for 9 months!? I'm really glad I went through SLCC first, rather than starting off at UVU or Weber, because it will definitely save me a lot of money! Second, SLCC has so many opportunities and resources to let their students succeed and thrive! You just have to look in the right places, I guess haha. Or of course,you can ask your advisor about them! My current professor has mentioned there was a scholarship that will help pay for rent and if SLCC could get any cooler, it just did. I feel like there's only one "bad thing" about SLCC which is, I wish they had dorms. It'd be so much nicer for people who live so far away from their campuses. Anyways, all good reviews for SLCC from me, I like it so much here that I honestly want to go to SLCC for other classes just for fun. Even if it doesn't pertain to my career/degree.... Sophomore: I enjoy the whole experience at Ensign College. The courses are well-planned, and the curriculum has excellent "deep learning" projects. My one complaint is that I wish more teaching were being done along with the projects. People in and outside the classrooms are positive and enjoyable.
