Freshman: At Finger Lakes Community College, there is a great sense of community. There are many activities to do on Campus that will get you to interact with everyone around you and make new friends. The classes are very discussion based and are small groups of students which makes it more personal, the professors actually know your names. There are many support groups like the writing help center, and math tutors. If you are struggling with any class, struggling with situations at home, or just need someone to talk to, FLCC is able to provide it. The college is very verbal about all the weekly events they have going on, there are signs everywhere and it is all posted on the college website. One of my favorite things that we do is bingo, nothings better than sitting with your friends and winning things like gift cards or groceries when you get a bingo. Freshman: I took a gap year after graduating high school, and from there, entered Monroe Community College. I decided to attend MCC because I had no clue as to what I wanted to major in. Finishing up my first year at MCC, I enjoyed all the classes I took and have finally decided on my future course of study: Radiology Tech. Alum: The academic part of Bryant and Stratton was great however the financial aid department has room for improvement. Multiple people in my class had issues with the financial aid department and at time I was confused on how much I owed because they were telling me two completely different numbers. Junior: I love Bryant & Stratton. They do a program called Jump Start which is where high school kids who don't know what they want to be yet can go to college for one night a week. I love all the professors that teach there. They know what they are teaching and they are always willing to help you out. They also have on site tutors to help you through your college journey....
