Junior: My experience here has been great! The professors are very attentive and accesible and the school offers many amenities that help the students succeed. KCKCC is highly involved with its surrounding communities and offers so many clubs and programs for anyone to join. Counselors have helped me so much and always reach out to make sure that I’m doing okay. I would say that the school could do a bit better on offering class times that work for ALL student schedules (not just for the high school kids who may be taking courses). Freshman: What is there not to love? I mean I moved to the south from Indiana in hopes of going to seminary in person, needless to say I was not able to. So living here in Oklahoma I started to survey the internet to see whether or not there happened to be a proper theological seminary that allowed students to study online and work that way. One of my favorite non-Bible books is 'Lectures To My Students'. Any one person that has spent reading Spurgeon in depth typically falls in love with the jolly old fellow for the same reasons; he had such an amazing ability to stretch the imagination with his words. As best as I can describe the book is the closest thing you could have to having our elder brother Charles actually teaching us in seminary. So when I came across 'Spurgeon College' my curiosity was peaked. As it turns out, they do not teach the art oof smoking a cigar, or give you resources on how to grow a fuller beard, HOWEVER they do have Spurgeons Library! I would write more but I can't.... Freshman: At the Student Orientation, I learned things that helped me gain more information on what Donnelly College had to offer, along with getting to meet diverse kinds of people, including the staff and teachers that would be in my day-to-day classes. I got a better idea of the requirements that I would be needing to follow the Fall semester, which gave me more confidence in being prepared. College Junior: I love that my school is small because you have so much more help from the teachers and they care about what is best for you. The classes are so small its easy to understand whats going on and if you have qustions they will get answered.
