Freshman: Central Piedmont is a great starter college! It was super easy to apply and all the employees were so helpful and easy to work with! Any time I would need any assistance they were always very helpful and patient! As a starting freshman it is suprisingly hard to figure out everything right away, but they made it very easy to figure out and explained what I need to do. The only thing is that I really wish that their libraries were bigger, especially the central campus one in Uptown, Charlottte. It is a great campus, with many great accommodations and features. But for the amount of students that go to CPCC, I believe there should be more seating areas for students. It would also be great if there was more food options and cafes! Spending so much time there studying, I'm sure that students would absolutely appreciate that! Nevertheless, all my professors are the sweetest and super helpful in my studies! Senior: I am currently a dual enrollment student for York Technical College. I enjoy the wide variety of classes that are offered. Before applying, I only heard of how it was a great college for my major(nursing), nothing more. I expected my classes to possibly be difficult but they were actually easy and positively challenging. I genuinely have enjoyed and learned from my current school experience while taking these classes. Something I would change is their ability to offer more school-related scholarships on their website. Sophomore: As a Freshman Crusader, I did not know what to expect being away from my home state of VA, but Belmont Abbey College, was the right fit for me. One of there mottos, Learn, Seek, and Thrive is true! I have benefitted so much academically, athletically, and spiritually. The instructors are amazing! They challenge me to be forward thinking and I believe this has definitely helped prepare me for what lies ahead. While the food and dorm room haven't really impressed me, socially Belmont is awesome. I have met other athletes from all over the US and other countries. This experience has broadened my life.
