Freshman: My experience at Bowling Green State University has been nothing short of amazing! The atmosphere on campus is just radiant and I could not see myself at any other campus. Freshman: Kent State is an amazing school! They have great club academics and athletics that really cater to anyone's needs or dreams. As a poly science student I have an overwhelming amount of resources that help me in my studies, networking and making myself a better person. At first I had doubt about Kent State due to it living in the shadow of Ohio State University (I live in central Ohio near Columbus for reference.) But I was so wrong. The only thing I will say is that compared to urban universities it lack things to do BUT Kent is considered a suburban area school so for what it is it goes above my expectations overall. Senior: My experience with Notre Dame College has been wonderful! They have one of the most immersive I.E.P programs I have seen a higher educational school provide. Their program is called the Thrive Center. Classes are small and personal, you will always get to know your professor on a one to one basis and also get to know your classmates. At Notre Dame College you are not a number like at other big schools. Most of the student body is athletes but that’s okay! Sophomore: I received the Presidential Scholarship for Northwest State Community College, which covered my tuition for my time there, but other than that, this institution is very affordable. My advisors were very helpful in organizing my degree plan for my semesters there and helping me build up to a transfer to complete my bachelor's degree at another institution. The professors, both for my online and in-person classes, were excellent. For the most part, they were always able to provide timely and helpful answers to my questions, and they have flexible office hours for commuters and online students. The environment is so friendly, and there are opportunities to seek support, both with courses and with general life challenges. Freshman: Would like to see more passionate instructors that go over the material better. I got extremely lucky to have found a great study group where we all teach each other the material. The instructors expect you to know answers that have not been taught and become frustrated when questions are asked in order to clarify the material being taught. However, I do not think I would have found such amazing classmates at any other college, and do not regret enrolling at ETI College. I am not sure if I would recommend ETI College to anyone who is considering nursing school. Every nursing college is going to have its problems and I am happy that I chose ETI and am excited to go through this accelerated course in order to pass my NCLEX and become an associate RN. I am confident that I will pass and be given the material needed in order to pass the NCLEX and be a well-rounded nurse who is ready for employment. After many, many years away from school, I decided to return for a bachelor's degree. I reached out to an advisor who was extremely helpful. She worked with me to make sure that all of my prior credit hours were applied to my new degree, and worked with me to create a school schedule that would accommodate my full time work schedule. She has been instrumental each semester to ensure that I stay on track to meet my graduation goals! Taking online classes has been much easier than one would expect. Sophomore: I started attending classes late 2021 via my workplace benefits (that are now ending unfortunately).
