Niche User: Trinity is a place where you can pursue a degree and strengthen your faith. They have a three year old dorn that is top notch. They have just refurbished the old dorm so the living areas are great. Did I say free laundry? Sophomore: The student organizations, resources for students, and variety of courses is incredible. Every day I discover a new opportunity for professional and personal growth and the resources for mental and physical health are phenomenal. The fitness centers on campus have classes, personal training, and top notch equipment. There are so many ways to get involved and a club for EVERY interest, both personal and professional. My only complaints are that the advisors can be hit or miss. Some advisors are incredible and give you a breath of information and provide you with a ton of resources but some advisors left me with more questions than answers. Some of the professors are amazing and passionate and the reason why I changed my major to economics. On the other hand some professors were so incredibly bad that I changed my major to something outside of their discipline. Junior: I first started going to Ave in 2021 and really did not like it at first. It kind of just reminded me of high school all over again. I had a few issues with the athletic programs as they were not very professional. I did really start to like it my sophomore year. Since it is a smaller, private Catholic school I was able to grow a close relationship with each of my professors. I was also able to grow in my Faith and receive my first communion recently! Freshman: I'm currently a Freshman in St. Thomas University and so far I can say I didn't make a mistake by picking this college. There's always fun activities for students to do around campus and plenty of clubs to join to be involved in the school and meet new people. Going into college I was always scared because people would tell me school food was not the best, but thats not the case in STU the dinning hall always has various of food for everyone's liking and if you do not want to eat in the dining hall there's other the places you could eat on campus. I like STU because campus is not big and you can get to your destination by walking and the max it'll take is 10 minutes. All the staff member are willing to help when needed and there's public safety always on duty making sure campus is safe. STU is a catholic school but it doesn't force it on you, their understanding of other individuals belief. There's different options for housing and maintenance is always there when needed help....
