Alum: I had a great time at the University of Montana because I was super invlovled. I joined a student group, attended all the athletic games and campus events. I made the most of my time there and really got the full college experience. I think UM is only getting better. They are adding new student events every month and finding ways to make each student's experience as positive as possible. I love seeing how UM is continuing to grow and become a better school for the future generations! UM is a tight-knit community within the fun and welcoming town of Missoula and it really does feel like a family that you can lean on and come back to. I think UM is very cheap considering all the amazing programs, certificates, events and activities the school offers. I highly reccomend joining a student group to connect with people and make friends. Freshman: They are very helpful in every way in helping students achieve their career goals! All the staff are pretty much available when they are needed for any reasons. This is my third time going to school at FPCC and I always had a great experience going there. I did a semester in Auto Technology, a semester in Welding and received a Certificate 2018, and this semester going to receive a Certificate in Small Business Management so I can start a cleaning business here in my community. Student services is awesome the lady that works there (Brittany) she was very helpful to me understanding how to use the lap top FPCC gave to me also for school because all courses were online do to corona-virus. At first it was very challenging to use this lap top, but now I'm becoming more and more familiar with it and now I don't dread using it any more I enjoy doing my classes on line out of my own home. Freshman: I have had a great experience with Miles Community college so far. The instructors and personal at the college have been quick to respond back to any and all questions I have had. They make sure everyone has the materials needed to be able to successfully complete each class, or course of study. I have sent several emails to different instructors and they have all responded back to me within a timely manner. I have also needed to contact the finance office with many questions regarding payment and they have responded back to me timely and efficiently. I overall suggest Miles Community College to anyone looking to further their education in the area that i reside in, that being Sidney, MT. I am a young single mother to two young children so it has been difficult to work, study, and parent all at the same time.
