Freshman: While my experience with the University of Denver is limited due to this being my first year, it has been an overwhelmingly positive process from initial application to walking into my dorm room. Very upfront and straightforward about potential aid and scholarship amounts, helpful and friendly staff, and comprehensive degree programs that make it easy to visualize your path. The benefits that accompany a private university are numerable, and the higher cost makes sense once you see the quality of the facilities, rooms, and education. My only suggestion would be the advent of a chemical engineering program, but that is hardly a negative. Freshman: I was a part of Boulders Pre-Colligarte Program which involved Juniors in Highschool to come down to a university and experience the life of a college student. The academics were amazing and easy to follow, the food tasted great, something new every week! Since Colorado was in its heat wave era, the dorms were extremely hot, fans were needed since air conditioning was not provided. Overall very safe, amazing area to have fun and relax with friends. Sophomore: I think that the school is great. The teachers and administration were all super helpful and made me successful. There is a good culture there of being inclusive and welcoming. Alum: Colorado Christian University was by far the best college! They had a great teaching program which actively got you into the classroom starting your freshman year.
