Freshman: Willamette has a really welcoming, accepting, and friendly community of smart students! Everyone I've met has been super friendly and kind, and the professors and primarily quite understanding and good at teaching. The food is superior to other colleges food, but that said, it's still not as good as homemade food. But the food is solidly okay. Sophomore: I am about to enter my second year at Linfield University, and I can honestly say that my freshamn year was amazing, I loved it. Junior: The advisors are great, as are most of the other staff, but the teachers are hit or miss. You won't find several of the same online class with different teachers so sometimes you just have to settle for whoever is teaching that term. It is a bad sign if they don't have their Blackboard syllabus updated or their schedule prepared, and I dislike the teachers who don't open up communication right away. It feels very lonely and you feel distanced from the other students. It's just you and the book. But saying that, there are also the other half of the teachers who are great, helpful, communicative and encouraging. Research if you can!... Read 14 reviews
