Sophomore: My experience at Alabama State University so far has been a very decent experience. My first semester, I was enrolled in 16 credit hours and getting to know the campus as much as I could. My second semester, I joined a dance team and got more exposure to the campus. Now it is my third semester and I am a part of the Rehabilitation Services Club serving as the historian. I love the fact that there are so many different opportunities on this campus! There are people from all of the world that attend this college, even students from France! Freshman: I absolutely love the students and most of the faculty and staff at Faulkner. The campus is nice and easy to get around. The freshman dorms are very nice and spacious. Being a smaller college, class sizes are smaller, and your instructors are available to help more often. Areas that could be improved are advisors ensuring that you are enrolling in the correct classes needed for your degree program and general communication, particularly to new students who do not know the routines.
