Sophomore: Ohio Dominican University is an amazing place to help foster growing minds, it is also a very accepting place for everyone no matter our differences. The main thing I love about Ohio Dominican is that the student body is able to create the groups that they are looking for within the school, this makes for finding a place that you can fit in a lot easier. Another thing that is pretty amazing about the Ohio Dominican experience is that the class sizes are on the smaller size which makes it easier for students to get the help that they need on the courses that they are taking, and allows for the professors to give their students their complete attention without them feeling like they're being lost in the crowd.... Junior: The faculty at Otterbein University is amazing. The professors are passionate about teaching students so that they will succeed in whatever feild they go into. Otterbein also has so many opportunities for students to get involved. As a transfer student, finding a group to beling to at school was a little difficult at first. Staff members went out of their way to help me get involved! I came from a predominately online based university, so learning in person is also one of the perks for me. Sophomore: I first chose Capital because it was a calm and inviting vibe. The small classes and having professors personally know you make learning and studying more personal and applied is a great way to retain more information. It’s also a small campus so you get familiar with people quickly which adds to the inviting vibe. Their multitude of resources is also a huge help for almost anything ranging from tutoring to mental health services. Freshman: My experience with CSCC has been amazing. My professors are great and I’m excited about my future. Online learning is a process initially, but once you get in the swing of things it’s great! I haven’t been in school in about 20 years and so much has changed since graduating in 2020’s I’m so glad that I bet on myself and decided to take the leap of faith and return to school. My outlook is great and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. Education is one of the biggest and best investments in oneself, and I couldn’t be happy with my decision to attend CSCC. CSCC is not only affordable, but it’s also a great school that offers many different majors. Before deciding to attend CSCC, I looked at many different schools. The lost cost of tuition, and small class size were some of the deciding factors in my choice to attend.
