Freshman: I can't say too much as I am a freshman, however, I've been loving my experience at this college. The campus is stunning and always super clean. The professors are amazing and truly care about your education. Everyone is very friendly and it's easy to make friends. They offer great academic events that bring the students together and even have study rooms available in the library. Another cool thing I recently learned is that the school brings in therapy dogs during finals week! I thought this was so unique and cool! Truly one of the best colleges in Nevada.... Sophomore: I love just being and walking around the campus. There are many trees and beautiful cacti around. Everything on campus isn't too far. Maybe a 10-minute walk for buildings that are on the other side of campus. The main library is always full but it's nice because then the rest of the libraries on campus are usually empty. The Architecture Study Library is my favorite one on campus. It's always nice and quiet. Additionally, the group study rooms tend to always be available which is great. In my first year, I had to live in the dorms and it wasn't too bad. The space is pretty big. My first roommate left the first week of school and I was randomly paired with my second roommate. She was nice but we just had completely opposite personalities so living together was a little hard. The dining common food isn't that bad. It's actually pretty good. Freshman: Working 8 AM - 5 PM makes going to college difficult, so I love how general classes are in the evening from 6 PM to either 8 or 9 PM (Depending on the class). Arizona College works with students if there are certain days that do not work for them. Although general classes are 8 weeks long, I like that there are only 2 classes at a time! There is a “hard” class and an “easy” class. This way, students do not have to worry about 2 difficult classes at a time. Since classes are only 8 weeks long, there are a lot of assignments! But as long as there is time management, getting an A and learning the material is possible! And I like how all general classes required to move on to core classes relate to what will be needed for core and in the nursing field! In my experience, professors make the class relatable by giving examples and insights as to how the class will help in the nursing field. And the professors have all been helpful.... Read 12 reviews

Freshman: I really like how Roseman is super organized and quick to reply back to their upcoming students. One of the things I do wish that they could improve on is providing more scholarship resources and other financial resources that could assist their students better. Sophomore: I like Chamberlain because the registration process is simple. They continuously follow-up with you and tell you what you need. They took majority of my pre-requisites from my previous school. Of course it’s expensive but what nursing school isn’t? They do offer financial aid and if you need to they accept private student loans as well. The classes are super fast paced so you cannot fall behind or it’ll be difficult to catch up. Junior: College of Southern Nevada is a good community college for students! Staff, professors, and advisors are very helpful. They guide you to the right path you want to take. The school is very supportive of you accomplishing your degree. It has a lot of learning opportunities to start college careers. They are always available to help you whenever needed with whatever you need help with. The school and courses are overall great.
