Freshman: While my experience with the University of Denver is limited due to this being my first year, it has been an overwhelmingly positive process from initial application to walking into my dorm room. Very upfront and straightforward about potential aid and scholarship amounts, helpful and friendly staff, and comprehensive degree programs that make it easy to visualize your path. The benefits that accompany a private university are numerable, and the higher cost makes sense once you see the quality of the facilities, rooms, and education. My only suggestion would be the advent of a chemical engineering program, but that is hardly a negative. Freshman: I was a part of Boulders Pre-Colligarte Program which involved Juniors in Highschool to come down to a university and experience the life of a college student. The academics were amazing and easy to follow, the food tasted great, something new every week! Since Colorado was in its heat wave era, the dorms were extremely hot, fans were needed since air conditioning was not provided. Overall very safe, amazing area to have fun and relax with friends. Senior: I have absolutely loved my time at CMU. I'm a senior in the Criminal Justice program, and there have been so many unique, hands-on opportunities through the program. Additionally, the professors I've had are personable, supportive, and helpful. I have been able to work at the University, and I met my best friend here! Alum: ACC gave me a great jumping-off point to my college career. I was able to earn my associate's degree in two years while working full-time to pay my tuition, due to the flexible mix of online and in-person classes. I was able to work on the editing team for Progenitor Art and Literary Magazine, the literary journal of ACC, and explore my other interests due to their variety of electives. Graduate Student: I have been a student of the CCA since January 2021 up until Summer of 2023 when I completed my associates of science degree. I still have ambition to continue my education at the establishment as a graduate student since I am only a senior in high school who has been able to use the dual enrollment system to its full potential. The college has a wide variety of courses to choose from with many also being available online for convenience. CentreTech Campus offers you many useful resources while Lowry Campus contains locations specialized for certain types of education such as medicine or photography. The college also has a very diverse culture which makes social bonding an essential aspect of the experience. The professors have a good understanding of the concepts they teach and will support you in case you are struggling with course material. Senior: RMCAD is a wonderful college for aspiring artists.
