Junior: During my time at Montana State University, I joined the Outdoor Adventure Club. One weekend, we organized a hiking trip to Glacier National Park. Alum: I had a great time at the University of Montana because I was super invlovled. I joined a student group, attended all the athletic games and campus events. I made the most of my time there and really got the full college experience. I think UM is only getting better. They are adding new student events every month and finding ways to make each student's experience as positive as possible. I love seeing how UM is continuing to grow and become a better school for the future generations! UM is a tight-knit community within the fun and welcoming town of Missoula and it really does feel like a family that you can lean on and come back to. I think UM is very cheap considering all the amazing programs, certificates, events and activities the school offers. I highly reccomend joining a student group to connect with people and make friends. Junior: I love Tech! It is incredibly easy to get in touch with professors and receive extra help through the ACE Tutoring Center (Which is included with tuition). You can recieve one-on-one tutoring from a student that has already taken the class, as well as participate in group study sessions for more universally difficult classes, such as calculus. I also found it easy to get involved through the many events that Tech offers throughout the year. While it's a small university, there are still many clubs and groups to join as well. Sophomore: I have loved my experience at UMW thus far! The Xperience One learning system and block scheduling are fantastic; especially if you are looking into a career in Education. The campus is beautiful and easy to navigate, and the staff are very friendly. If you enjoy the outdoors, then this is the place for you! There is no shortage of things to do outside, no matter the time of year. Alum: great school with great faculty who actually care about their students. The university offers a low teacher-to-student ratio which makes it much easier to grasp the material by getting one on one support. Providence offer multiple majors and various sports. I was an exercise science major and my professor/advisor was amazing! This major focuses on inter professional education which gives you a well rounded understanding of the human body and mind in regards to exercise. Overall, a great school to attend if you have financial support. Providence offers various scholarships and job opportunities as well as networking connections around the city of Great Falls. The surrounding location does not offer much to do except for drinking which does suck but it makes it easier to focus your time on school and saving money.
