Freshman: In terms of people, it's just as diverse as any other campus. We're all pretty friendly and keep a tight knit community since our campus is still pretty small. I've made some INCREDIBLY smart friends here, and it's pretty much who you decide to surround yourself with. Some of them denied schools like USC, Cal, and UCSD to come here.
In terms of campus, yeah, it's pretty much brand new. Lots of nature as we are in the rural area...it might be boring for some people but in time, everyone agrees it just grows on you. We're opening 3 new buildings this fall (and pretty much every year until 2021), all ranging from housing, education, labs, dining, and recreational services.
