Sophomore: Millsaps is a great place to go to school! People can complain about lots of things, but you can do that for any institution no matter where you go to school. The community and social life is wonderful, it’s really easy to make friends and be liked. It is a fun place to go to school everyday, and Millsaps has a beautiful campus to accompany that. To be realistic, the biggest struggles Millsaps faces is the Jackson area, and the campus infrastructure. However, I have heard that in terms of the infrastructure, many issues should be resolved and renovated soon! Junior: My college experience here at Mississippi College has been a rollercoaster of growth. My first step onto campus was delightful, and I knew I belonged in an atmosphere like the one Mississippi College offers. God-fearing welcomes you and eventually, it becomes a sort of natural response. Mississippi College is founded on honesty with others and yourself! Sophomore: Belhaven University has one of the most unique communities that I have ever seen on a college campus. The professors care about their students and strive to know their students personally so that they are able to support them in their studies. The student body is equally wonderful if you decide to dive into it. Students are excited about getting to know and serve those around them. As a Christian school, many of the students are of the same religion and continue to do their best to show others the love of Christ. I have grown not only in my knowledge of my degree fields but also in my relationship with God and as a person. I cannot imagine going to another school.
