Freshman: Tulane University is so fun and lively. The classes are interesting and valuable, and the professors are very passionate and care about their students' success. The campus environment is amazing, and there is an abundance of student resources. The city of New Orleans is a blast, and uptown New Orleans is relatively safe. I may be biased as a student at Tulane, but I genuinely believe it is the best university, and I am so happy with my decision to attend. Freshman: I am in the dual enrollment program at McNeese State University during my senior year and have had a very pleasant experience while attending classes. It will help me when I become a full time McNeese State collage student. The instructors have been a great help to me as I have worked my way through learning the ins and outs of the university. The campus is nice and inviting while not too expansive to get to classes daily. It is in the heart of the Lake Charles area making it convenient to do things and go places when I am not in class. While having many choices of food on campus, there are a verity of restaurants close by making it convenient to get a good meal. I feel the investment into my future will be best served at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Sophomore: I was hesitant for college because I had to meet new people and learn a whole new studying technique for the classes at LCU and I was really scared that I wasn’t going to do well in college. However looking back, I don’t think that I would love college so much if I wasn’t at LCU! The atmosphere here on campus is unlike any other that you’ll find in the state of Louisiana. The professors here are the sweetest human beings I’ve ever met in my life. The students are so encouraging and accepting and it’s easy to meet anyone at anytime! We have a lot of fun activities on campus every Thursday to get people to take a break from studying and mingle with people and that’s where I’ve met my best friends! Freshman: The teachers at remington college shreveport really takes there time to get to know the students. With me personally my teacher takes time out of her day to send me words of encouragement and some days that is exactly what I need someone to reach out and let me know they care about my well being and my future it gives me the strength to keep pushing ahead and to not give up. The teachers at remington are hands on with showing us things and very patient with the students that finds it difficult to stay focus or to understand.
