The first word that comes to mind when walking the campus of San Diego Mesa College is "Diversity." It's truly a beautiful thing, you see people from every walk of life whether it's their culture, ethnicity, religion, age, and so on. From the students, professor, and faculty, everyone is different, but equal. My experience at San Diego Mesa College has been a beautiful learning experience. In my studies and on my way to class, I am constantly learning. The campus has recently been revamped as well, the buildings are modern and provide a clean, positive environment. The students, my peers, are very helpful and respectful. Everyone is pretty busy, but I've still managed to make friends along the way. The professors are professional, compassionate, and experienced. I have never taken a class I did not like/enjoy.

Overall San Diego Mesa College is a great starting place for those who want to graduate with their Associate's or transfer to a 4-year university!
Review San Diego Mesa College
I love San Diego Mesa college! The campus is really large and thus offers a diverse variety of majors, if you can think of a major you want to participate in chances are they have it. The campus's library is huge and hasn't many selctions on books you may need or video footage and the librarians there are super friendly and will help you locate books across the other sdccd community colleges! All of the guidance counselors that I have seen in regards to my ace Demi can progress were friendly as well and they even make up a education plan which helps you keep track of all the courses you may need. This school is extremely academic so don't think it a super major party school. However they always have club week the beginning of every semester and other fun activities for the students. I highly recommend anyone looking for a community college attend San Diego Mesa college! I highly enjoyed learning from my passionate professors!
What I like about San Diego Mesa College is all the professors I've had are great. The food is also great and had improved a lot in the past year. There is currently tons of remodeling and it is all looking great so far. One thing I'd like to see change is the cafeteria bringing back nacho cheese to put on regular fries. Both sides of the new cafeteria serves cheese fries, but the one side that serves nacho cheese only serves curly fries. Whereas the the other side that serves regular fries only has shredded cheese and no nacho cheese. Someone fix this!
