I really enjoy the small campus. I like it that way because it is very personable. Figuratively, everyone knows everyone, and if you don't know someone, you soon will. I enjoy most of the teachers and having that personable contact. One specifically, Kathy Steffen, inspired me to be a great student, and pursue my communication dreams. At Ridgewater in Hutchinson, I would add more picnic tables. There are only two and both in inconvenient spots.
Ridgewater College has been a great place to start out my academic career. Ridgewater has enabled me to go farther than I ever dreamed. Through the support of staff and faculty, I have been able to maintain a 3.91 GPA, stay on the Dean's list, accepted by Pi Theta Kappa honor society and Harvard Extension. Yes, it been a lot of hard work, but Ridgewater has made learning one of my most favorite things to do.
My experiences with Ridgewater College over the course of the past two years has been nothing but excellent. They are helpful, kind, and have many career options for you.
