Clemson is so unique in the sense that you will not get that small town family feel anywhere else, at least not without sacrificing the fun and or excitement that other schools offer. Clemson offers wonderful academics, with a wonderful environment, and wonderful people - its simple

Being a chemistry major means a lot of time in the lab. There is a study room specifically for chemistry majors. You get a cubby in the room. The professors are advisors for specific career paths (i.e. pre-med, pre-dentistry, etc.) There is also a lunch once a month for all chemistry majors and professors to get together.

Its BJU its a conservitive christian college with about 3500 students, so you should expect a ton of rules and a "skewed" point of view because the administation are christians and hold to their beliefs very strongly. I personally never had a problem with the vast majority of the rules and the teachers will take the time to help you out anytime they can if you put in the work. The students also have a great attitude of helping others out and societies are the best with outings and parties with a ton of society vs society sports. If you want a "unbiased" education I'm afraid you will never find one considering that every person in the world has a certain amount of bias one way or the other. You simply have to choose what bias you will get.

PC has a sense of community unlike any of the other colleges I had visited and applied for during the application process. There really is an atmosphere of friendliness here that makes you feel like you've just come home again, but this home is somewhat different, of course. The professors know you by name and help you to get the best education you can get from this school. The English department even sent me a birthday card in my freshman year, which really sticks out to me because it shows that those professors of the English department really care about me and want me to succeed in my college career and beyond.

I am really happy with my choice. I sometimes wonder 'what if' when it comes to my living situation because I still live at home with my parents. I always ponder the idea of what I would be doing and how much easier it would be to live on campus. However, when I weigh the pros and cons of living on campus, I come to the conclusion that it is better off living at home because I can save an immense amount of money. If I were to live on campus, I would have a ginormous grand total of student loan debt. I also need to save that money for my study abroad to Austria this coming spring. I am extremely excited for my study abroad, and I am even more glad I chose my school since the college has such an outstanding program for study abroad.

Its a military school, It's hard, you sweat and you get little sleep. But some of the things that have happened have shaped me only because of this school and I wouldn't have gotten that at any other university.

Class size is very small which is good because your able to really learn with less distractions. The professors are very helpful, they're easy to contact through emails which they check throughout the day and able to answer any questions you may have regarding the courses they teach .

My favorite part about Converse is the faculty. The professors are excellent, reliable, and caring. They give each student individual attention, are excited about what they're teaching, and have good credentials. Class sizes are small which is also wonderful and creates a positive learning environment and opens people up to discussion.

I love the professors and believe they really do want their students to succeed. There is a good bit of variety of classes to take but there could be more classes offered in international studies. The class size is very small and this makes it easier to hear and participate in class.

I have really enjoyed my college experience so far. The only thing that I would have changed is my studying habits. I never had to study in high school, so coming to college was a huge change that i was not prepared for. Other than that, I have made a lot of new friends and had some wonderful experiences.

There is great variety of courses offered, just one example being the different foreign languages: Spanish, German, Italian, French, Latin, even American Sign Language! The courses and professors have been great. Small classes make for better learning experiences.

My overall experience of my collegiate career has been more wonderful than I could have imagined. Not only have I loved the community centered atmosphere that the school displays, but I also treasure the amazing courses offered as well as the tenacious professors that help guide us through the material; knowing us not only by name or our major but by our individual selves.Southern Wesleyan University and their staff does a fantastic job at making students feel comfortable and safe, much like a second home. If I had the chance to do it all over again I would stick with my decision of Southern Wesleyan University.

It's one thing to have pride but another to have the Claflin pride. The cafeteria food is the first thing I would consider making better. The curriculum pushes you to be an independent student and we'll rouded at the same time. I love homecoming week at my school.

Had it not been for my experience with financial aid my opinion would probably be better. I do feel like I have gotten far enough in now I can't turn back. A lot of my subjects want transfer and they make you take bible courses that do you no good any where so you feel to go anywhere else would be starting over.

I am really happy that I chose Francis Marion. Even though the classes can be little stuff at times, I love the learning experience. However, my favorite part of the FMU is the campus. It is absolutely beautiful during the fall and spring seasons.

I love the atmosphere at my school! Even though it is small it's scenery is definitely a plus, and the teachers and students are very helpful when it comes to needing extra help or if you have a question or if you even just need someone to talk to. I love that the teachers are willing to help with work after hours and they will stay and help until you understand everything! My school is great; while it is small it makes up for that with its personality. The school always has something new going on and it is a very enjoyable environment!
