Ranger Community College is a very reliable and safe school if you are looking to transfer to a university in the future. Almost all credits transfer with no problems. The advisers and staff have always been tremendous help with just about anything you ask. As someone who attends the satellite campus in Erath, I feel Ranger has made an amazing effort to connect with Tarleton State and getting all students on the right tracks.

I attended Ranger College by doing dual credit classes in high school. I had a great experience with the professors/classes. They did a great job of connecting students from different high schools and having us work together via internet, on projects and such.
Ranger College is a very affordable way of getting basics in. I took all my curriculum core classes there, and transferred to a university as a junior. Ranger College's honor society also gave me a scholarship to continue my studies, which allowed me to get my Bachelor's for free.
