Pulaski Technical College Reviews
I am in the EMS program at UA-PTC. I completed the Emergency Medical Technical course and recently got accepted into the Paramedic course. I love all my teachers. All are very willing to help you pass and help give you all the tools you need to succeed in college. They have all been paramedics before so they can speak with knowledge and experience. Both north and south campus are very simple to find classes and other resources the college has to offer. The student life is a very wide variety of different age students. UA- Pulaski Tech was my first choice for college. Start here go further!
University of Arkansas-Pulaski Technical College has been a great experience in pursuing my education. Most of the instructors have been really great. Likewise, most of the classes have been enjoyable as well. The new CHARTS building is really nice, and the auditorium is state of the art. However, some of the academic advisors will steer you wrong if you do not do your own research. There also seems to be an issue in the staff's infrastructure, for they have had many instructors quit over the years and deans replaced. The cafeteria is over priced on everything, but they do have a subway. Overall this is a great two year college to get the core classes out of the way before transferring to a four year institution.
UAPTC is an excellent establishment!!! I waited two years to be able to attend college. As an adult it was hard to find time but UAPTC is flexible. You can take night classes or online. I take morning classes so that I may work nights. Professors are easy to access, some even will directly message you! I love to eat at the cafe. Not only is biscuits and gravy amazing but they also supply healthy options, such as, fruit, yogurt, salad, etc. I made a great decision by starting at UAPTC.
