While I gave it 4 out of 5 stars but I would have preferred to give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. I've had a few issues, throughout my 3 years, with the content, teachers, and communication but overall, a great school, price, and education!
So my overall experience with Polk State College Online has been alright. They try their best to respond to my messages as soon as possible and things within the coursework are going correctly. However, one thing I would like to change is to have a communication network within the Online Boards rather than through email.
I enjoyed the online feature, however the advisors are typically rude and are not helpful. Both times I finished a degree there was an issue and almost every semester there was a financial aid issue. The classes are inexpensive and you can learn alot on your own.
