Pinnacle Career Institute - Kansas City Reviews
My major in school is Medical Assisting. At PCI the program is 10 times better than most programs because almost everything you do is hands on, but yes of course there is always the non-hands on part of class that is not as much fun as the hands on things. The workload, curriculum, and facilities are all outstanding and there is not a single thing that I can think of that would make it better.
I miss the traditional classroom interaction, but overall the online courses are excellent. There is good interaction between students and the instructors, and tutoring availability through the online librarian is great. I've even had a personal tutoring session with the Director of Education on campus when I was experiencing difficulty in understanding a concept and assignment. PCI is excellent!
Pinnacle Career Institute (PCI) has an incredible focus on the positive for everyone who walks through their doors...students, faculty and visitors alike. As a matter of fact, the first required course for every student, regardless of degree or certification program, is Fast Track to Success, which focuses on the psychology of success. It prepares students from every background and belief system, teaching skills in time management, organization, and how negative self-talk impacts our decisions and success factors. PCI places emphasis on assisting their students in overcoming obstacles through positive thinking and proactive decision making. Every staff and faculty member has an open door policy and are prepared and willing to help those who take action and hold themselves accountable and responsible for their own success. I love it at PCI!
