Pickens Technical College provides unsurpassed, equitable Career and Technical Education. Whether you are a current high school student or an adult student who wishes to find their dream career, Pickens Technical College is the place for you.

Pickens Technical College offers nearly 50 certificate programs for students to study. We strive to provide students with the opportunity to acquire skills, knowledge and work habits that will make them workforce ready. Upon completion of their program, students will receive a certificate and transcript that is transferable to any community or technical college in Colorado.

Secondary and post-secondary students are taught together. A program's schedule consists of 15 hours of instruction a week. This instruction is typically spread out over five days in three hours blocks (morning, afternoon, or evening) Instruction at Pickens consists of limited lecture and extensive lab opportunities. Many programs have embedded clinicals and/or internships.
