Wonderful school with amazing advisors and financial aid staff who will walk you through the entire process of gathering financial aid, enrollment, course and class selection and offer tons of other types of support throughout the year! For those of us in middle age, the thought of going back to school can be daunting and even more so for folks with any type of mental or physical health issues that might just need a bit more calm guidance and support to get started and stay on track. If you are hesitant to go back to school because you think it's too stressful or time consuming or even expensive, think again, if I can do it, YOU can do it! I landed on Peninsula College because they offer programs you can't get at other schools that can be completed in 2 years online! They are also incredible at continuously offering pre and post graduate career/job opportunities even as you are learning the field.
I would highly recommend this college. The faculty are very helpful, and the professors help accommodate the students as well. I love Peninsula College!
I am currently a nursing student and I am very pleased overall with the program at Peninsula College. If I could change anything, I would hybridize classes that do not require a physical presence; I would add a dedicated pharmacology course, rather than learn the types of meds associated with body systems.
