good school and v profesional workers. they take their time and they learn from their mistakes. i recommend 100 percent
Unprofessional. While i was here many instructors had left their jobs, we had new teachers every other week. Poor communication with students. Lacked proper educational involvement from instructors. Rude and unhelpful staff. Not worth the 20 grand you would spend on attending this institution. I left Paul Mitchell knowing nothing that i hadn’t known going in. I would not recommend this place to any aspiring cosmetologist. I’ve had many classmates say that Paul Mitchell caused them to lose the love they had for the profession of doing hair. The students were caddy and the school did nothing to control the students that were causing issues. Teachers picked their favorites, and then neglected others.
The online portion of Paul Mitchell was awful. They would leave you on zoom and ignore the students online, only to check every now and then to see if anyone’s cameras were off. They had a digital clock in system that did not work half the time. There was zero communication, and you did not learn anything new 3/4 days online.
