The college owns some housing options, but the majority of people end up living elsewhere. You can usually find people who lease just to Palmer students and/or are very accommodating to the students. You can typically find decent pricing for housing.
Review Palmer College of Chiropractic - Davenport
Depends on the season. Summer was mostly nice, with a few very hot days. Later summer and early to mid-fall was gorgeous weather. The campus is right off the Mississippi River, and almost downtown, so the view adds to the nice weather. But now it's gotten pretty cold, and I'm from Texas, so fair warning to those used to a warmer climate, it is something to keep in mind. Pack your long johns!
Who wouldn't choose Palmer. Best decision I ever made. You will be challenged but you will come out on top.
