Ottawa University Reviews
Rating 3.5 out of 5 258 reviews
They have a really great powerlifting team and everyone is so nice and encouraging. The university is small, which makes it easier to find your classes. Most of my classes are in one building. They have the major that I want, which is exercise science. They have great dorms and it is easy to make friends. Ninety percent of the students that go to the university are athletes. They other scholarships for powerlifting. Very few colleges offer scholarships for powerlifting.
The academics were amazing and all my professors I had were helpful, engaging, and extremely intelligent! Unfortunately, the only downside I had was with some of the athletic staff, but overall I had a good experience.
I first attended this college in 2021 as a way to continue my baseball journey. At first once I got there everything seemed fine and I was enjoying my first college experience, however as the year passed, nothing seemed to go on. I was just going through the motions with nothing exciting happening. The people at the college and even on the baseball team didnt seem to care. After starting my second year at Ottawa, I was met with classes which I felt werent teaching me anything although I was paying them a large sum of money to go there. So after the fall semester, I dropped out and transferring to another school.
