Oklahoma Wesleyan University Reviews
Rating 3.76 out of 5 259 reviews
This is a great school with amazing staff and professors, small class sizes and a beautiful campus! Their experience there and the atmosphere are encouraging, encompassing and very welcoming.
OKWU is a smaller campus, which in my opinion is great because classes are not spread out and it only takes a couple minutes to walk to classes. Currently, I am taking an online concurrent class and I have all of the help that I need for success. The professors and coaches all seem to be great people!
I don’t think this school is worth 40k/year AT ALL. Extremely expensive for what they offer. You can find better dorms, campus and probably food at a school around $8k. Small town which can be a good thing. There’s nothing nearby to do so if you’re into night life or having fun outside of campus, you cannot find it here. Food options around the school also close early around 8-10PM. On campus, it’s pretty small. Everyone knows everyone. I believe most students here are here via being recruited for sport, but many transfer after their first semester.
