I found courses that fit my work schedule. There are online classes as well. Enrollment was quick and easy. The instructors are easy to work with. The campus layout is very student friendly and there is plenty of parking! There is also a nice pond close by. However, the now worn out neighborhood isn't pleasing to the eye. Perhaps the school administration could urge the nearby residents and businesses to upgrade.
Review Oklahoma City Community College
OCCC is a pretty nice school (i.e.) the professors are pretty awesome. There is the occasional exception. Out of the thirty classes I took, I would recommend 25 of those teachers to others.

-OCCC has a math lab that you should really visit, they will help you out for free with your homework questions, and walk-ins are welcome!
-OCCC also has a Comm Lab that helps you with writing papers, proofreading, and walk-ins are also welcome there! It's also free.

-The negative side of OCCC is pretty minimal, they only serve Pepsi in the vending machines, you have to buy your Coca-Cola overpriced in the cafeteria.
-The cafeteria/dining room is very outdated and run down.
-I would Not recommend taking an art class here - check out rate my professor!
-The testing center is an area of stress, but once you get the hang of it, you can basically walk-in anytime during their open hours to take your tests.
My experience at OCCC has been amazing. I am from a small town and OCCC helped me transition in to college life very easily. The classes are small so I really felt comfortable participating and talking to my professors. I truly believe that the OCCC professors want you to succeed so they give your numerous resources to help you achieve your goals. The only thing I would like them to change is the Advising department. It takes awhile to get in and see an advisor. Other than that I think OCCC is a great school to start off at to get your basics out of the way!
