My experience with Northwest Technical College has been amazing so far! Ever since I took a class with them in high school, I knew it was a great place to be. The teachers are very good at what they do and always willing to help out. The bookstore could be a little more organized. Otherwise, the campus is a great learning environment.
I absolutely love all the classes I am taking and my teachers are amazing. I dislike how we have to print though and all the printers
The people are very helpful and willing to work with you! I didn't have any problems getting set up! My good friend just had a baby and is still going to college because they were very willing to accommodate her.
I enjoy taking online classes from NW technical Collage. My teachers are great and helpful whenever I need help. I would recommend to my family and friends who want to continue their education. Online class are very convenient for my busy schedule. I am full time mom and have full time job so it is very easy for me to take online class and NW tech Collage is perfect for my busy schedule.
The small school size and class size makes it easy to stay focused and learn effectively. The teachers to the financial aid office are fantastic. Every one has been helpful and want everyone to succeed!
You are guaranteed experience before you graduate. Most of the classes require field/lab experience hours as a part of your grade, so you get a feel first hand if the career is right for you.
Since classes are small, degree required classes are only offered once a year at a specific time. You get hardly any say in when your classes are. The school is pretty good about making sure your credits transfer.
I have not had to take any online classes through NTC yet, but I know that many people do. My online class was not offered through NTC but it was offered through another technical school that was interconnected. The down side is that since it was through another school, I had to pay all the student fees, making that one class very expensive.
If you are planning on working after two years of education or less, this is a good school. If you are looking to further your education to earn a Bachelor's, this is a good spot to start but you will most likely have to transfer.
My main teacher is so passionate about her job and even more knowledgeable about the field. My questions are easily answered and I feel like I am respected as my own individual since class sizes are small.
The professors are great! All very nice and easy to work with and help you understand the material
There is a huge diversisty. I love seeing all the different people and getting to know them. I feel comfortable with almost everyone.
Very cheap compared to the next school I'm planing on going too. The financial aid process was semi-easy.
There's really only the library that is not all that great. The sister school doesn't give us a great discount for their gym either.
It is really hard and the "teacher" isn't there to help at all, just to assign stuff
Last semester the flexibility was amazing. If I had to miss a class I did not have to worry at all, all my homework stuff was online. This semester there really isn't any flexabliity
There isn't really any option for me there. I am getting as many transferable credits at NTC because it is cheaper and I am there already to tranfser to BSU
