Northwest Florida State College is a remarkable college. Being enrolled in college as a full-time dual-enrolled student has been an intriguing experience at Northwest Florida State College. The professors are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and caring, and want to see students excel. I receive all the medical accommodations I require, and the professors are professional and accommodating. The courses offered at Northwest Florida State College are content-rich and have taken my learning to the next level. I can confidently say that attending Northwest Florida State is preparing me for my future. There are not any recommendations I can offer to improve Northwest Florida State College; the professors are excellent, the campus is beautiful, the various courses are intriguing and in-depth, there are a variety of interesting and diverse student organizations, and the campus books store is fantastic. I highly recommend Northwest Florida State College to anyone.
As a student enrolled in the airframe and powerplant program at Northwest Florida State College, I have had some great experiences so far. The program is very hands-on and gives us the opportunity to work on real aircraft and learn from experienced technicians. However, there are a few things that I would like to see changed. For one, even though the program is just starting off, most off us had a difficult time understanding what materials were required for the class. Additionally, it would be nice to see more opportunities for internships and job placements. I understand that this is not always easy to arrange, but it would be great to have some more options available to us as we look to enter the workforce after finishing the program.
I have been going to NWFSC for 4 years now, and will continue to be in school for another 2 years. I received one degree 2 years ago and have been continuously attending courses since then. The staff has always been helpful and encouraging, and I have never had a bad experience with any professors or students. A wonderful place to learn, with a huge and amazing library with access to free printing. I am grateful for my education here.
