I can't believe it took me until that November before college applications were due to find this school! This is my dream school - A realization I had after starting classes.

I am in the 6-year PharmD program (2022). This is an accredited pharmacy program that exceeds accreditation requirements to prepare students to be future healthcare leaders. All conversations with upperclassmen in their professional years reflect a rigorous, yet rewarding path towards graduation.

The student body is passionate and ambitious. There are countless clubs and activities to join. There are opportunities to get involved with other students, faculty, and/or the community every day. The only downsides to the social scene is a lack of "good" parties and Greek life. Go to parties at MIT or upperclassmen house parties in Mission Hill.
Review Northeastern University
I have always had my ups and downs about Northeastern but ultimately I wouldn't have it any other way. Northeastern's co-op program is really what makes this college unique. It has allowed me to gain so many practical skills for my future career. Furthermore, Northeastern campus is gorgeous and so conveniently located within Boston. The dorms and living situations at Northeastern are great (especially for Honors students) but space is very limited so many upperclassmen end up off-campus. With respect to academics, I feel that my education is comparable to other top universities. Professors were knowledgeable and passionate. Sometimes I wish that some classes were more challenging; it was very easy to earn an A in some classes despite the material being intellectually engaging. The co-op program has allowed me to overfill my resume, and the dialogues have allowed me to travel abroad without having to take a whole semester off.
At Northeastern University, students gain substantial work experience while they are working towards their diplomas. Most of Northeastern's undergraduates complete at least one professional co-op during their college career, working for one of more than 2,000 employers around the world. Students can choose to complete their degree in four years, with the potential for two co-ops, or five years, building in time for three co-ops. Outside of the classroom and workplace, there are more than 300 clubs and organizations for students, including about 25 fraternities and sororities. The Northeastern Huskies compete in the NCAA Division I Colonial Athletic Conference. More than 3,000 students compete at the club and intramural sport level. Freshmen and sophomores are required to live on campus. Northeastern’s campus is spread out across 73 acres in the venerable college town of Boston.
