Northeast State Community College Reviews
This is the best college for everyone. Students can come here and complete all their core classes such as English, History, Science, and Math and then go to the university of their choice for their specialized field. Attending Northeast State will save a student thousands of dollars. Northeast State's mechanical and electrical departments are the college's pride and joy. The college may not exalt it as they should, but without those departments there would be no college. The college's best instructors are in these departments. They care about helping their students succeed. All of the other professors only care about doing what is required by the state; nothing more. This is my third semester at Northeast State, and I am not a electrical or mechanical major, yet I see every week how that department far exceeds the others.
I have only been at Northeast State for a year, but I love it. Northeast State is constantly looking to improve the student experience and academics which results in a very upbeat, involved atmosphere. The staff is fantastic and the professors genuinely care about their students. Although Northeast is just a 2-year school, it's a great place to start out your college career and prepare to transfer to a larger school.
All of the professors that I have had have all been helpful and have made their classes interesting. Plus--it's the strangest thing--you wouldn't think that having a clean campus would make all the difference, but it does. I always appreciated the men and women who helped keep the campus clean.
